We highly value your privacy and therefore do not use tracking or non-essential cookies. We only save your decision regarding video playback in your browser's local storage (LocalStorage, variable: videoConsentGranted). This is done exclusively to save you from having to repeatedly confirm video playback. Since this storage is technically necessary and no tracking of your surfing behavior takes place, no prior consent via a cookie banner is required under Art. 25 Para. 2 TDDDG (formerly TTDSG).

Server Log Files

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

4. Hosting and Database

Hostinger

We host our website and database with the provider Hostinger (Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus). Hostinger provides the server infrastructure, web hosting, and database storage (MySQL) for the leaderboard entries. The use of Hostinger is based on Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure, high-performance, and reliable hosting infrastructure) and on the basis of a data processing agreement (DPA) in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

5. External Media (Two-Click Solution)

YouTube & Facebook Video Embeds

We embed videos from YouTube (Google Ireland Limited) and Facebook (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited) on our website. To protect your privacy, we use a so-called two-click solution. When loading the website, no external content or code from these platforms is loaded. No data is transmitted to Google or Meta. Only when you explicitly click on the play button and give your consent ("Agree & Play") is the connection established and the video loaded. In doing so, the respective provider learns your IP address and that you have visited our page. This consent is given in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time by clearing your browser storage (LocalStorage).
